FIP Qualifying Seminar 7 February 2026

The FIP Qualifying Seminar was held on 7 February 2026 in Dubai during the Dubai 2026 World Stamp Exhibition.

The seminar was conducted in two sessions by distinguished speakers:

• Wolfgang Maassen, RDP FRSPL (Germany): Philatelic Literature – The Example of Magazines: Challenges and Problems of Evaluation
