New delegate from Chile

The Federación de Sociedades Filatélicas de Chile (FESOFI-CHILE) has appointed Mr. Cristian Mouat as its delegate for the Literature commission. Mr. Mouat is the Editor of the philatelic magazine “Chile Filatélico”.
